As therapists we place a great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. An integral part of this is choosing the right therapist in the first instance. This is why we would like you to get to know us, so we have detailed a little about our experience and qualifications below. However we want to take this a step further and introduce you to the team who sit behind our practice as we feel it is equally as important you get to know them too.

Our client experience
"Jason provided us with a safe, non-judgmental environment where we felt able to express our feelings. This was a great learning experience for us and we are grateful to Jason for his ability to help us see the whole rather than the half. We would certainly recommend Jason" - DD & TD
"Online counselling enabled me to be connected and engaged with my counselling from home. It took away some of the anxiety I may have experienced with travelling and organising the time into my day. Accessing my sessions was really user friendly and with minimal effort, I could have immediate access and be welcomed into my planned counselling session." EF
"I was recently diagnosed with anxiety and depression and felt utterly lost. Although I had experienced something similar in the past, this time, it felt very different and I felt genuinely frightened, fearing that I would not be able to recover. I started counselling just before the Covid-19 lockdown and after a few sessions, we had to swap from face to face sessions to online. At first, I did wonder how that would work, but thanks to Jason's professionalism, it was a seamless transition and the rest of my counselling journey was undertaken online. My initial belief was that a counsellor would ask me a series of questions and I would answer, but it wasn't like that at all. Without realising, I found myself talking, thinking, taking moments to reflect, actively challenging my own thought processes. I will be forever grateful for the much needed assistance Jason gave me at such a critical time in my life and I would recommended him to anyone who is considering therapy through counselling." AF
